Receptionist

Full Time, Permanent

Bath

£19,000pa - £21,000 d.o.e.


Do you possess outstanding customer service skills? Are you looking for progression? If YES this could be the role for you.


Our client who is based in the heart of Bath, is currently looking for a receptionist to join their established team, in their modern practice.

Within this busy role, you will be responsible for supporting the practice and providing an excellent serviceto customers.


Duties:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers
  • Managing customer appointments
  • Booking appointments
  • Answering telephone queries promptly and accurately
  • Handling payments
  • Assisting customers with products on offer

Skills and experience:


  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Approachable
  • Professional and presentable
**The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8.45 am pm, working every other Saturday (with a day off in the week working 5 days over 6)
