Salary/Rate:

£45000 per annum Commission + Bonus packages

Recruitment Consultant Required.

Must have previously worked in a construction recruitment agency.

North London
Uncapped individual commission

20 days of annual leave
Option of working from one of our other office locations

What we would like you to have:

Previous agency recruitment experience in construction
Previous proven experience in sales or business development or account

management

Experience in actively developing new business leads, negotiating contracts and developing recruitment solutions to match client needs
Comfortable at leading established accounts, working with clients to support

their needs
What you need to have is:

A serious passion for speaking on the phone and ideally a background in telephone sales or an ability to speak on a phone without fear.
You need to be self driven and have desire to achieve higher earnings through your commision structure to do this you must be forward thinking and exceptionally organized
