If so, NSL are currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Enforcement Officer

What you will be doing

You will be briefing and posting our Civil Enforcement Officers to their duties and dealing with any queries or questions they might have in absence of the Supervisors.

You'll also assist in the training of new Civil Enforcement Officers and to act as relief and cover for the Supervisors and the other enforcement staff during periods of absence.

You will also be responsible for enforcing legislation and the Council's policies in respect of parking controls, issuing Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles in contravention of the regulations.

What you will need

You must enjoy dealing with people, be friendly polite, and willing to offer support, advice and assistance to colleagues and customers.

PC skills would also be an advantage, as you will be using a hand held device daily.
