Due to growth here at Restore, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Executive to join our team.
As Customer Care Executive, you will help manage a portfolio of accounts, resolving customer queries and identifying opportunities to ensure maximum potential revenue across the Restore portfolio.
You will be the first escalation point for customers, helping to manage a large but shared list of accounts in close partnership with the Service Delivery and Regional Customer Care Teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Protect and retain accounts
- Ensure KPIs are met
- Deal with customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Accurately report key information to the line manager
- Coordinating resolution plans across Restore departments
ABOUT YOU
- Investigation and problemsolving to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Attention to detail, working with other departments to conclude enquiries and resolve problems. Knowledge of Restore operations and the O'Neil system is an advantage
- Ensure existing customers are signed onto new contracts as required
- Identify new storage and project opportunities and work with wider Restore teams to secure the business
- Ability to introduce Restore group services and identify crosssell opportunities
- Manage a CRM system, keep account information accurate and up to date
- Ensure accurate reports and key information is reported to the line manager
- To undertake projects from time to time as instructed by the business
We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide.
Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces, which we store on behalf of the leading museums.
Our customers depend on us to manage their historical archives, and our team is proud to support them with their document management needs.
