Admin Assistant/ Document Controller
Argutus Legal is a small, Swansea-based, firm specialising in financial mis-selling claims.
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Assist the team across all administrative duties.
Ensuring all documentation is correctly stored on the management systems
Input document data into the management system ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
Generate the various documents as required.
To succeed in this role you will have:
Must have the ability to communicate and converse at all levels.
Ability to work within set guidelines and systems.
Ability to work within time constraints.
Ability to prioritise work effectively and work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work co-operatively, flexibly and as a member of a team.
Ability to work methodically.
Ability to observe/listen and absorb new knowledge quickly.
Willingness to challenge the way things are done, be innovative
Salary will be dependent on experience.
