Salary:
£5,000 OTC paid quarterly based on delivery of key KPI's. Top End OTE of £29,000
Basic scope and Primary objectives
We are looking for an Admissions Sales Advisor who can drive sales leads and conversion for our accredited, high demand teaching assistant and teacher training programmes provided by Tes Institute.
The role is self-managed working to clearly defined KPI's around revenue and lead conversion to grow Tes Institute globally.Building effective pipelines through multiple outbound channels and converting inbound leads by successfully identifying relevant training programmes and gaining learner commitment.
You will have excellent rapport building skills with learners at all levels, with a track record for generating leads and converting sales though detailed needs analysis.
- Proactively contact learners both via inbounds lead and outbound targeting to identify the most appropriate courses for teaching assistants, teachers, and senior leaders, with a view to gaining formal commitment to the programme suggested.
- Deliver consistently against a clear set of objectives and KPI's relating to lead generation and conversion, revenue generation and individual productivity.
- Deliver consistent high levels of productivity, ensuring your time is spent constantly with new potential learners.
- Deliver high quality converted sales to ensure all learners receive a consistent high level of service, in line with learner satisfaction scoring via NPS.
- Collaborate closely with other areas of the business to ensure a seamless experience for our applicants.
- Identify crosssell and upsell opportunities of products; whilst promoting the Tes brand.
- Demonstrate high levels of engagement and passion about all Tes products and an ability to translate this to all our learners.
- Proven work experience as a Sales advisor or similar role; both inbound and outbound.
- Selfmotivated, target driven and comfortable operating flexibly in a fastpaced environment.
- Be able to manage opportunities with a consultative approach, with an ultimate a goal of converting opportunities to sales.
- Experience of delivering against a defined set of KPI's.
- Exceptional ability to communicate (both written and verbal) and foster positive relationships both internally and externally.
- Attention to detail, accountability and personal organisational skills are essential.
- Desirable: Knowledge or experience of the UK and British International Schools market, with an understanding of teacher training qualifications and the teacher training market.
