I am excited to be recruiting for a sales administrator for my well known client in Dundee.

Temp to Perm

21k-22k

Monday - Friday

9am-5pm

The main duties will include

  • Administration of new contracts
  • Renewing contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Quotes for potential clients
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Use company computing facilities to maintain sales records for contract opportunities
  • Previous experience in a Sales Orientated Role
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Good organisational & time management skills
  • Proven ability to complete work accurately and within set timescales
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Successful working as part of a team
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Previous experience of working in a fastpaced environment
  • A full UK driving license
