I am excited to be recruiting for a sales administrator for my well known client in Dundee.Temp to Perm
21k-22k
Monday - Friday
9am-5pm
The main duties will include
- Administration of new contracts
- Renewing contracts
- Invoicing
- Quotes for potential clients
- Managing the sales process from start to finish
- Use company computing facilities to maintain sales records for contract opportunities
- Previous experience in a Sales Orientated Role
- Proven ability to multitask
- Good organisational & time management skills
- Proven ability to complete work accurately and within set timescales
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Successful working as part of a team
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Previous experience of working in a fastpaced environment
- A full UK driving license
