THE COMPANY
THE ROLE
Within this, you can expect to work on:
- Developing and defining collections strategy for the business, with a specific focus on customer engagement and outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies
- Maintaining and improving existing collections strategies
- Supporting with the implementation and wider impact of these policies across wider teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in designing and working with collections strategies
- Exposure to both retail products and SME lending
- Understanding of UK regulatory standards
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to get stuck in to influence change
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Up to £100,000 base salary
