Sciensus are currently looking for a Healthcare Support Worker in
Essex. We are looking for a talented, patient focused clinician to join our fantastic team.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patient's home.

You will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team responsible for delivering gold standard care.

The role involves working under the direct supervision of a registered practitioner, to support patients in their own homes with personal care, wound care, answering patients queries and supporting service delivery logistics.


As this is a regional role travelling to visit patients in their home setting, it is crucial that you have full UK driving licence.

We offer a fully comprehensive compensation package £21,500 - £23,000 - dependant on experience. Plus company car or car allowance.


This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:

  • Previous care experience, ideally within a community setting and be confident in reporting clinical observations.
  • You also need to have strong communication skills, including actively listening, communicating sensitively and putting people at ease
  • An NVQ within healthcare and being able to take bloods would be an advantage.
