Better Placed are delighted to be working with a well known business within the property sector who are seeking a Marketing Executive to join the team.

HQ based in central Leeds offering hybrid working - (2/3 days in the office, the rest working from home)

Over the last 2 years the business has grown through an aggressive acquisition strategy which will continue for the next 12 months.

As a result they need to strengthen the team with a good all rounder who is competent dealing with a variety of stakeholdersincluding board level directors.

Ideally this person is a confident communicator, bursting with ideas and initiative to drive change.

Passionate about social media and a natural content curator this person will lead the organisations social strategy to produce the most engaging contentand build the brand to become recognised nationwide.

Key Duties:

Social media strategies and planning for lead generation and increasing brand awareness
Supporting with content marketing across multiple service lines across different geographies and service lines
Contribute towards PPC strategies including retargeting campaigns
Helping build up the SEO plan to increase google position for key words
Work with external web and creative agencies to ensure all projects are scoped out, costed and briefs are on brand
Assist with events when require

- website maintenance and creation using WordPress

Salary
£30,000-£35,000 per year, depending on experience
