STEM Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an
Admin & Finance Assistant for their client based in the south side of Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
This role covers 3 main areas: Finance, HR Administration, Office Administration
Full responsibility for Purchase & Sales Ledger
Bank reconciliations and cash monitoring
Processing of monthly payroll incl. P32 payment and pension scheme
Coordination of recruitment, offers and employment contracts
Management of employee annual leave requests and absence statistics
General admin duties incl. answering phone, mail, taking minutes at meetings
Skills required:
HNC/HND Accounting qualification (desirable)
Experience of financial ledger and payroll processing
Knowledge of HR principles/legislation (desirable)
Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels
Salary:
Dependant on experience

Salary:
£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
