Start People are recruiting for our client based in Durham for a team leader who has a proven track record in hard landscaping.

They are a professional design, build and planning practice based in County Durham and South Tyneside. They are passionate about creating beautiful, elegant and functional out door living, covering the North East and South Tynesdide.

We are looking for landscapers and artisans who work to the highest standards to ensure timeless quality. They specialise in garden transformations and one-off landscaping jobs.


They have a manned office and structure within place to offer all the support you need to fulfil your role to the best of your ability.

They are also very friendly, down to earth and a fun place to work and are a local, friendly, family business.


Experience required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the domestic landscaping sector
  • Leading / training others
  • Running a site, reading plans and spec
  • Managing and completing multiple tasks to deadline
  • Able to liaise effectively with team members, subcontractors, external designers and, most importantly, customers
