Job Description:

AECOM's rapidly growing
ESG Advisory team is seeking experienced consultants with an industry reputation and a valued ESG network, to increase the depth and capacity of our sector and market insights for our key clients.

In this role, you will join our 40+ strong team of passionate and dedicated regional and global senior ESG advisers offering our clients the benefits of their experience addressing the risks and opportunities that a maturing ESG landscape provides.

Our ESG Advisory practice provides clients the insights and pragmatic solutions garnered from 20+ years of our passionate climate change and sustainable development teams around the world, connected through our virtual global network and digital solutions.

Our work covers the full range of services and solutions our clients require on their sustainability and net zero journeys.

As an experienced adviser, you will be able to offer deep insights on one or more of the key challenges our teams are addressing, including:

Resilience and adaptation to accelerating climate impacts
Infrastructure decarbonisation and energy transition
Net Zero real estate and building portfolio decarbonisation
Sustainable resource management and the circular economy
Land use optimisation in the context of naturebased solutions and natural climate solutions
Creating social value and positive social impact across city and infrastructure development

At AECOM our primary purpose is to enable sustainable infrastructure and in achieving that you can expect to work with clients from across our priority sectors including transportation, water, energy, buildings and the natural environment.

Our work varies from high-level ESG strategy development, target setting and reporting to net zero and circular economy pathways, through into specialty strategies that meet our client's material risks and opportunities associated with land and estate optimisation, climate resilience and the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
As a senior member of our ESG Advisory team, your responsibilities will include:

_ Growth_: working with our client account managers and marketing leads, to create and identify ESG opportunities, leading the capture of high-profile projects that will grow our ESG Advisory portfolio and contribute to strategic commissions

- _ Project leadership_: leading our ESG and sustainability teams to deliver for our clients on secured ESG Advisory work and following up with insights for our key client account managers on pull-through work opportunities
- _ Expertise_: offering your technical expertise and industry knowledge to our business leaders and to our marketing and communications teams, securing thought leadership and speaking opportunities that demonstrate your insights and experience
