Salary :
Scale 6 pt.18 - £27,344 FTE

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the leadership of CHP's Wellbeing team.

As Senior Wellbeing worker you will be required to restoratively support a caseload of vulnerable young people around their emotional/ mental wellbeing.

You will also support, supervise and appraise members of the Wellbeing team, contributing to the leadership, motivation and growth of staff.

In addition you will oversee the effective coordination and delivery of the Wellbeing Groupwork programme in Schools and Healthy holidays provision.

The Senior wellbeing worker will work closely with the Wellbeing Manager and Coordinator, contributing to the promotion and development of various projects within the Wellbeing team, ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports and liaising with cluster managers and School staff as appropriate.
