Customer Service Representative
Switch Advisor Ltd is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne


The Position:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to customers and vendors. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively face to face and over the phone. The Customer Service Representative will also assist with the coordination of customer service activities.


Duties include:


  • Assisting with the coordination of customer service activities. This includes but is not limited to order processing, coordinating with production departments, etc.
  • Following up on orders and communicating changes as needed with customers.
  • Processing orders for orders received from customers or other vendors as needed.
  • Maintaining an accurate database of customer accounts by collecting account information from customers as needed.
  • Providing general administrative support as requested by management or sales team members as needed. This may include any other duties assigned by management or sales team members as appropriate for the role at hand.'

Salary:
£23,001.00-£24,906.00 per year
