We are supporting a company based in Peterborough who are looking for a Customer Support Executive, salary would be depending on experience.

Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of the automotive industry, and working with customers high expectations. You are the first point of contact for the customer so a professional and friendly nature is a must

Duties will include:

Checkin of vehicle, including reviewing customer and vehicle data and updating the system
Review all planned work and update customers
Establish scope of repair and maintenance, gaining customer approval where needed
Explain and handover the job details to the Workshop Controller
Monitor the repair status and clarify additional repair services
Create basic cost estimates and invoices
Provide proactive customer updates
Coordinate the pickup date, time, method and location with the customer
Ensure that a visual inspection is performed and return the vehicle to the customer
Explain all work that has been carried out
Compile and sort job packs and associated documentation.

This is a varied role that will be the perfect position for someone who likes to be organised and responsible for their own workload.

You must have experience within a similar position, or be able to demonstrate experience with similar duties and tasks, ideally within a commercial environment.
