Are you looking for an exciting challenge to start the New Year

We have a fantastic role for an energetic and ambitious Manager to join us in the coming months at our Ofsted Regulated Children's Residential Service in North London for under 16.

Our current Manager has been brilliant but is sadly relocating to sunny Australia We wish her the best in her new endeavours.

The Home is a vibrant urban space and now requires a dynamic leader with a positive attitude to not only maintain but see what additional benefit and support we can provide for our young people.

You will inherit a strong and passionate support team includingan experienced RI.

We offer a fantastic package and require you to have at
minimum:

MANDATORY

The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) ("the Level 5 Diploma");

A qualification which the registered provider considers to be equivalent to the Level 5 Diploma.
Must have been registered with Ofsted as registered manager in a residential children home within last 5 years
Ideally you have been a Manager in an environment with 5+ placements and are dynamic, enthusiastic and full of new ideas
