Your road to success

Left or right, you will always be the key interface between functional stakeholders and the finance team. Providing commercial support on financial data for non-financial colleagues.

Delving into the detail to provide visibility to the drivers that influence financial outcomes and supporting quality reporting to Head Office.

You can do this as Head of Controlling with full focus on:

Providing support to the business during the Operative Planning process and attending meetings with key stakeholders as required.
Supporting the functioning of the Pricing Process (Margin Controlling; Pricing & Product Governance Committee).
Understanding G&A budget vs actual, key operational metrics and providing monthly analytical overview to the business.
Supporting the risk of the business through the eRDR reporting, IFRS 9 recalibration and determination of risk parameters.

Consolidating business data and providing a monthly reporting pack to the Board, supporting provision and business changes and completing adhoc analysis as required.

Contributing to the high quality reporting of profitability to the business and HQ, as measured by acquisition and NBV RoRAC.

Monthly Risk provisioning duties to cover both Credit Risk and Residual Value Risk, including Balance Sheet management, delinquency reporting and HQ commentary.

Here you will join a dedicated team whose focus is on providing analytical data to the Sales and Marketing team on all ranges of customer profitability reporting, analysis and action plans.

What will you bring with you as Head of Controlling? A strategic mind-set, providing proactive commercial financial support to the business, sound financial analysis, presenting recommendations to MD, CFO and Senior Management Team.

You will provide analytical data to drive value creation on portfolio and challenge performance expectations to actuals whilst considering all risk management topics that underpin the business.


In addition, you'll have:
Previous experience in advanced financial modelling, development and implementation of business performance measures and advanced management accounting.
Ability to communicate and present effectively and diplomatically with senior management at both company and group level.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Finalist/Newly qualified, likely to possess a minimum of 2 years business partner experience, ideally gained in financial services or fleet industry.
