They are working with fantastic brands and celebrity influencers from the UK, to the USA, and the Caribbean and you would have all expenses visits to these destinations for 1-2 weeks as part of your role.

They have 15 Years of experience with clients in 14 different countries


Requirements:


  • Looking for a selfassured and accomplished Capability Lead/Strategy Lead to help the agency achieve its ambitious targets and cement our role as the market leader within the sector.

  • You will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problemsolving skills, and bring with you a winning formula for leading teams and individuals to optimal performance.
  • The Capability Lead will be a highly knowledgeable, motivated and capable professional who, along with the Founders and senior leadership, will understand Company and Client objectives and construct/implement plans and strategies that deliver on the businessgoals and objectives.
  • This is a handson role to actively shape our longterm strategy and develop measures that realise our business objectives. You will be tasked with assessing organisational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing training and processesthat improve organisational effectiveness; overcoming daytoday challenges and building a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • You will need to be determined, diligent, familiar with business operations, and demonstrate superior leadership and communication skills. Building client relationships is a key part of this role.
  • You will lead, direct, manage and motivate staff within your team, being accountable for their performance, and responsible for delivering exceptional performance and client service.
  • You will need to be organised, selfassured, meticulous in your attention to detail, and a strategic leader with high energy who naturally thrives in a fastpaced agency setup.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years agency experience working within a business development/commercial/sales role
  • Significantly experienced leading and developing highly-trained, motivated and professional teams including mentoring, coaching and managing performance to deliver successful business outcomes
  • Top-level strategic thinker with a proven track record of strategic planning/success
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities for growth; within our teams; existing clients; new business opportunities; and innovation
  • Powerful influencing ability and gravitas for establishing and building empathetic and relationships
  • Commercially astute and able to quickly identify, understand, and articulate a range of business strategies to leverage opportunities/challenges and drive success
  • Highly collaborative working across all touchpoints of an agency; championing the skills of teams, individuals, and supporting them with strategic leadership.
