As a key member of our Technical Team, reporting to the AJW Group Technical Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our dynamic environment.

Your mission? To seamlessly manage warranty performance, guiding and supporting our Warranty Executives, analyzing warranty eligibility and costs, and swiftly addressing trends in component and Supplier performance.

This position, referred to internally as Warranty Team Leader, ensures our company's financial exposure remains mínimal.


Here's what you'll be taking on:

  • Forge and nurture robust Supplier relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive profitability across business lines.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager to implement and oversee a component repair and overhaul strategy that aligns with customer reliability expectations while boosting our financial performance.
  • Discover avenues to enhance direct maintenance cost per flight hour, including proposing reliability investments, redefining warranty terms, and negotiating favorable outcomes for AJW.
  • Be the goto authority for warranty disputes, leading the way in delivering systematic and equitable solutions.
  • Champion the successful delivery of Warranty KPIs and provide invaluable guidance to our Warranty Executives.
  • Keep a watchful eye on Warranty KPIs, consistently reviewing performance through insightful reports and disseminating information to relevant teams.
  • Thoroughly analyze quotes and cost data within the team, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
