We are currently recruiting for an Adult Social Care

  • Lawyer. They will be based within a Local Authority in Greater Manchester area, they are looking for full time but also open to part time if the individual has relevant experience in this area. Flexibilityaround Hybrid and Remote working also available.

ROLE:
Adult Social Care Lawyer


LOCATION:
Greater Manchester


CONTRACT:
3 months


RATE:
£45- £55ph (umbrella)

The Role Able to handle a case load from start to completion.

  • To provide legal and procedural advice to Members and Officers relating to Adult Social Care law matters
The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years' PQE within Adult Social Care Law

  • Someone who understands the structural framework of Local Authority Law
  • Being Organised, Reliable and can manage own workload.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
