Project Manager

18-month contract

Reading, hybrid working (3 days on site per week, minimum)

£72.33 per hour, Umbrella (inside IR35)

Clearance:
Live DV clearance is required for this post.

Sector:
Nuclear (executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Ministry of Defence).

As a Project Management, your main responsibilities would be to:

Managing projects with focus on Governance (compliance and reporting).
Management of project resources (people, money).
Leading the planning of the task/project.
Managing work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
Leading, supporting and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
Leading, initiate and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.

Essential skills / experience:

Deliver assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost and quality.
Leading, coaching and developing a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.
Maintaining and promoting high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
Strong Project Management background.
Strong characteristics

- confidence, proactivity, able to challenge.

Desirable skills / experience:

Project Management Qualifications.
Previous experience within similar setting.
Nuclear experience would also be adventurous.
