Salary:
£31,980 (£10.25 per hour. This is based on a shift pattern Monday - Friday)

Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday night shifts, 06:00 - 18:00

Main duties and responsibilities:

Monitor surveillance equipment (Pending Install), inspect Site perimeter and monitor access gate for unauthorised attempts to enter
Report loss and damage to our clients on iste control room
Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
Take effective action in emergency and cooperate with relevant services
Enforce all relevant health and safety requirements
Carry out accurate notes for reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork, this may include details of incidents that occur whilst on duty
Carry out any other duties of a reasonable request by the client
A visual deterrent to theft, damage and other illegal activities by proactively patrolling as well as securing the property when required

Person Specification:

Be highly motivated
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have an excellent command of the English language
Have the ability to present themselves in an extremely professional manner
Have the highest standards of customer care skills
Be a team player and very customer orientated
