LOCATION:

PACKAGE:
£60,000 - £80,000 (+Performance Bonus)

THE BUSINESS:


  • My client is a scaling company working within the Fin tech space. They are aspiring to become the market leaders in analytics to improve investment decision making
  • My client is currently in a growth phase and are looking for an incredible
    Python Engineer/Developer to work closely with the Technical Lead.
  • They are currently supplying some of the UK's largest financial companies.

THE PYTHON ENGINEER/DEVELOPER OPPORTUNITY:


  • Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Python, specifically for data analytics infrastructure.
  • Writing robust scalable code using Cloud Services Solutions and Python
  • Working with Financial Data
  • Helping with backend product components, databases and manage deployments to AWS
  • Supporting in resolving bottlenecks with the Tech Lead

YOUR KEY SKILLS:


  • 3+ Years of handson experience as a Python Engineer
  • Strong experience building Python infrastructure, working with analytics services, APIs and Cloud Environments.
  • Good understanding of Data Science toolkits such as Jupyter Notebook.
  • Knowledge of engineering best practices (TDD, Code Refactoring, CI/CD, etc.) are essential.
