Dynamite Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a growing Mechanical Engineering business based in Fareham, who are looking to onboard a brand new Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive to their talented team who enjoy solid salary upliftswith tenure
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / M&E Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering to join a team of collaborative senior and junior engineers
OR... For an experienced Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive who wants a new challenge within a sector similar to Chillers / Refrigeration / HVAC

Package potential:

  • Salaries between £28,000 to £50,000 DOE

What will you be doing in this role?

  • The role is dependent on levels of experience.
  • As a Junior,you will begin in a sales support position whilst going through high quality training into the product ranges, design software training, account management and more...
  • Working with the senior team you will then gain sales opportunities, visit them on site and up sell solutions
  • As a Senior or Junior, you will visit new and existing clients in person to build strong, long term b2b relationships
  • Liaise closely with the Operations and Contracts Management team to ensure deliverables are realistic
  • Keep database updated with correct information to conform with GDPR regulations

In order to be considered for this fantastic Sales Engineer opportunity you will:

  • Education or great knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering / M&E Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering
