About the team

Global Delivery PMO is responsible for enabling the core business functions in Stibo System to work effectively and efficiently.

You will be part of a team whose duties include but are not limited to planning project management activities, analyzing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

Ultimately, you will work with leaders across various departments to help streamline our projects to ensure we reach our goals and keep projects on track for timely completion.

As a graduate in Global Delivery Operations we want to support you in becoming a world class PMO / Operations specialist allowing to the option to progress to other careers within Stibo Systems such as Project Manager.

About The Role

You will ensure that the deliver-function of Stibo Systems is properly and timely supported in the execution: projects are setup and invoiced according to contract and company standards; monitor that company standards are followed during project execution.

Workday PSA is the main platform to use.


Moreover, you will:

• Analyze quantitative project data and review the project data against contract and trendline
• Create, maintain, and distribute Workday reports for stakeholders
• Provide, based on the analysis of project data, advice to Management Team and Project Managers on financial project trendline
• Provide periodic insight in project backlog and pipeline (effort, cost, and revenue)
• Assist Project Managers with Workday daily operational activities like project creation according to contract
• Project maintenance (budget, estimate to completion, review of billable transactions, invoicing according to contractual terms, KPI reporting, resource assignment) project closure
• Own smaller project engagements and deliver on time and within budget
• Continuous Process Improvement
