Ticketing Manager


LOCATION:
cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens (NN5 5BG)

HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Full time Monday to Friday. At times, hours will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays to support home match days.

CONTRACT TYPE:
Full time - 35 hours a week plus match days.


ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting Commercial department within an elite sporting environment.

Often our ticket office will be the first touch point for a guest looking to attend an event at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens, and so this role plays a critical part in ensuring positive interactions across a wide range of customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sell and promote with enthusiasm, all events on sale cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens.
  • Learn all aspects of the Ticketmaster booking platform and work cohesively with colleagues to ensure all tickets and optional extras are available to sell at all time.
  • Using technical skills, oversee the day to day needs of the ticketing system and explore new ways of working to fit the requirements of the ticketing team and wider business.
  • Work in line with the sellout strategy and all marketing plans to drive and fulfil ticket sales.
  • Make sales calls to supporters regarding match tickets, season tickets and any other callrelated tasks.
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of Northampton Saints, Franklin's Gardens and all ticketed events on sale.
  • Group sales and ticket promotions to work with the wider business to set up and sell to agreed targets.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


  • Confident in using a variety of IT programmes and systems and comfortable learning new ones.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of professionalism at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage own time and completing priorities effectively.
  • Ideally have experience of working with ticketing systems (nonessential).
