We are on the search for a
Pursuits Executive or
Senior Pursuits Executive to join us on a permanent basis, working on a hybrid basis from our Bristol or Edinburgh office.
This is an exciting and fast-paced role in a close-knit, ambitious team with lots of opportunity to develop as we continue our strategic growth plans.
Our Pursuits team are central to delivering our business development strategy, working side by side with our legal teams to understand and anticipate the needs of our clients.
We're looking for someone with excellent commercial acumen and project management skills to work closely with our Head of Pursuits, Senior Pursuits Manager, Pursuits Manager and Pursuits Assistant to increase win probability and win rate of competitive opportunities and tenders for target sectors and key client relationshipsWhat you'll be doing
- Working with the team to embed best practice project management and pursuits process to support strategic opportunities.
- Supporting procurementdriven tenders particularly Public Sector via online portals, ensuring accuracy of submissions according to procurement parameters.
- Leading key meetings in the Pursuits/Project lifecycle from kickoff, submissions review, pitch preparation and debrief.
- Writing proposal documents, ensuring brand alignment.
- Resolving challenges and risks, managing feedback, in an efficient way, to minimise overall impact to project management plans.
What we're looking for
- A selfstarter with a methodical approach to work and organisation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to instil confidence and build relationships at a senior level.
- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills, adapting to change.
- Commercial awareness and experience within a business development/ bids environment is ideal.
