Part Time Customer Service Executive

Location - Ashford

Temp to Perm £12 per hour DOE


One of our prestigious clients based in Tenterden are offering a fantastic opportunity on a part time basis and are looking for a Customer Service Executive.


They are looking someone who can work with the clients both domestic and commercial, to a high professional and personable standard and who can work in a small team where customer care is at the heart of everything they do.

The role is being offered initially on a 12 week temporary basis, leading to a permanent position thereafter.


There is some flexibility in terms of the number of days worked so this can be either 3 or 4 days per week, to suit.


Job Requirements:


Reporting to the Customer Services Manager and will involve processing orders, handling incoming enquiries from existing clients and generally providing telephone support to customers.


There is no hard sales involved in this role, but there is an opportunity for personal development, so ideal for someone looking to progress their career.

You must be able to drive as the location is not easily accessible using public transport.


Skills required:


  • A strong desire to contribute to the team
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • A genuine passion for customers and for delivering the best possible service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.
  • A collaborative approach to problem solving and decision making.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

£12.00 per hour
