Finance Manager

Primary Purpose of Role:

- sales reconciliation work
- ownership and production of P&Ls
- balance sheet reconciliations
- liaison with the other offices regularly

Key responsibilities include:

Own specific P&Ls and produce their monthly management accounts with a high level of accuracy
Work with the team to form reconciled balance sheets, including one or more complex areas of reconciliation every month
Give clear and actionable P&L explanations and give great business support to managers
Handle complex incountry queries regarding their results

- give support to any takings to clear the offices reconciliation differences every month

Manage a small team, review, and provide support and guidance
Work with the team to ensure current processes are efficient and fit for purpose
Regular interaction with the incountry finance teams to assist and answer queries
