Description

As a Jacobs Operational Admin Officer you will you will be responsible for processing cases quickly and efficiently in accordance with client guidelines and procedures.


This includes:

  • Completing searches on our system and Companies House
  • Completing daily and weekly quality checks on cases
  • Answering telephone and web queries from Clients and dealing with their requests promptly, maintaining exemplary knowledge of our client requirements
  • Processing a variety of admin tasks
  • Dealing with daily admin tasks for clients including report running
  • Liaising with third parties such as local authorities and Samaritans regarding vulnerable cases and providing advice to other departments with vulnerable cases.

About Us

Essential Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum 12 months experience in an administration role
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Desirable Experience

  • Proven Literacy Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word preferable

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary £24,050 per annum

  • Friday 9am 5.30pm (37 hours per week) (5pm finish Fridays)
