A global luxury retailer is looking to recruit a multi-site store manager to oversee four stores across Heathrow airport. The company is an iconic brand which is followed and loved by many people across the world.

The role of multi-site manager will lead and support four standalone stores to drive sales and service through the effective management of your own team to deliver world class service.

You will be working in a multi-million pound turnover business which hasseasonal peaks and troughs therefore and understanding of how to manage your team effectively both in the busy and quieter periods is essential.

You will be responsible for analysing sales data to identify ways to drive sales and profitability through commerciallysound visual standards.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £45,000 with a performance related annual bonus of up to 20% of your salary.

You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your store that you wouldn't necessarily get elsewhere. The companyis always open to new ideas and will give you the chance to put these into practice.
