    Job Title: Shipping & Trading Legal Counsel

    Our client is a prominent trading and shipping company with a significant presence in Geneva. They are seeking an experienced common law qualified lawyer specializing in dry shipping and trading disputes, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.

    The successful candidate will join a team of six lawyers and be part of the company's expansion plans. As the only lawyer in the Geneva office with this expertise, they will lead on relevant matters from day one and collaborate with similarly qualified lawyers worldwide.

    The role involves handling daily trading and dry shipping issues across various commodities, structuring and drafting deals, and managing claims, disputes, and commercial work. Training and support will be provided to ensure a quick ramp-up and success in this challenging position.
