Full Time Permanent Position - 37 Hours Per Week (Job share will be considered).


The primary responsibility of the role is to complete a means tested assessment to work out how much service user's will contribute towards residential/nursing care or care services in their own home.

You must be able to accurately input and update service user's financial information.

You will need the ability to interpret complex legislation and follow policies and procedures


You will deal with a variety of customers both internally and externally, so excellent verbal and written skills are essential.

You must be able provide quality advice and guidance to service providers and service users.


You will be required to work independently, so be able to use your initiative to make decisions, often under pressure.
