A new opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Executive to join our growing App & Web Development Team.


Main Objective:


What you'll be doing:


  • Importing data into Personal Group platforms and making changes to data as necessary
  • Application configuration and maintenance
  • Internal and external client support in responding to queries and resolving errors within the platforms
  • Liaising and communicating with customers and suppliers to ensure the correct data is provided and uploaded to the platforms accurately after cleansing.
  • Escalating calls to other IT members when necessary
  • Auditing log files to ensure no anomalies and to comply with PCI DSS standards, including auditing at weekends
  • Provide user orientation and training when required amongst the IT Department
  • Log, answer, resolve and update all assigns tasks
  • Create apps to support the benefit solutions for our clients and adhere to corporate guidelines
  • Ensure the compliance with FCA principles "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF) & other relevant legislative requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Experience of liaising and communicating with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Experience and understanding of the software development lifecycle is essential
  • Experience in creating and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Knowledge of web based programming HTML, CSS, Javascript, would be an advantage but not essential
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of OutSystems would be an advantage but not essential
