Role Description

This role is within our Chilled & Bakery team and we work across a variety of suppliers with many household names, such as Hartley's, Princes, McCain, Dr Oetker, Nando's, Ginsters and many more

Key outcomes

Insight

  • Be the key day to day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, attending and maximising in person meetings with clients. Own all client data requests and project briefs, ensuring a high standard of insight and deliver best in class presentations.
Client Relationships

  • Expand and develop existing client networks through the building of great relationships with key client contacts.
  • Use these relationships and touchpoints to understand your clients' challenges and wider goals, and partner with them to help answer their questions through either contracted services or suggesting tailored adhoc projects.
Commercial

  • Work with the Account Director to create and drive forward account plans for your portfolio.
  • Spot opportunities to increase client access to our Shopper and Consumer data, as well as work with experts from across the business to convert new opportunities and ensure client return on investment.
Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations, thoughtfully combine data sources and support others in doing so.
  • Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence
  • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in FMCG markets
  • Confident and experienced presenter able to present to a range of audiences
  • A commercial mind set ability to spot sales opportunities, propose solutions and convert them
  • Excellent team player who cares about maintaining and building a best in class working culture
