Description
Responsible for supporting the IIU team to deliver a first-class service across all the areas we serve.

The role is wide and varied, incorporating many aspects such as; general admin support to ensure the day to day running of the IIUT and the delivery of services to our GP colleagues and the provision of timely, accurate and complete childhood immunisation data for the team and customers.

The postholder will also be providing remote support to GP practice staff in interpreting and actioning this data, in conjunction with the Band 5 Senior GP Liaison & Data Administrator.

To provide administrative support to the IIU Team across all service areas. Support the team with gathering information and undertaking enquiries/tasks as required.

Triaging phone calls and shared mailboxes, escalating concerns to senior team members for early intervention to ensure continued robust service delivery across all areas of service.

This role would be working in an expanding team consisting of data administrators and clinicians.

Assisting in working collaboratively with GP primary care colleagues across IIUT service areas to reduce variation and increase immunisation uptake rates, by providing a range of administrative duties to ensure the provision of timely, accurate and complete childhood immunisation data to the IIU team and primary care colleagues.


Working collaboratively within the team/organisation and across organisational boundaries to ensure a first class IIU service across all service areas.
