Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary Details £22, £24,729.47 per annum.

We are looking for a Recruitment and Events Officer who is a good team player and passionate about delivering high-quality events.
The focus of this role is to design, develop and deliver exceptional interventions schools, other colleges and the community driving awareness of EPNE's colleges to our target markets.
With the ability to bring a fresh and innovative approach, you will be keen to build effective networks across a diverse range of stakeholders with a strong focus on engagement and driving change.
You will enjoy being part of a busy, dynamic, and supportive team.You will support promotion and delivery of an effective events programme to various audiences and ensure successful collaboration, engagement and buy-in along the way.
Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships is essential, as the role will act as a point of liaison internally and externally with key academic and professional services staff in delivering student engagement activities and events.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills are essential to ensure you can identify new opportunities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Supports with the designing, delivering, recording, and monitoring the success of a range of recruitment and outreach activities with schools and the local community you will champion constant energy, a proactive attitude, a creative and innovative approach to work with the ability to come up with innovative and interesting ideas to engage prospective students.
To be successful in the role, you need to have a track record of engaging audiences by producing compelling content, with scrupulous attention to detail and solid organisational skills, as well as the passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our students and ability to deliver a calendar of activities throughout the academic year.
