We are currently partnering with a prestigious retail store, Areb Ltd T/A Glengarry Stores, renowned for its high-quality retail products and offerings and commitment to exceptional customer service.


We are actively seeking a Shop Supervisor to play a key role in managing the Areb Ltd T/A Glengarry Store's retail operation and delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and guide the sales and shop team to excel in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and monitor work schedules, optimizing coverage for store efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the owner and managers to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Assess staffing needs, recommend hiring or training initiatives, and maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Provide regular reports on departmental activities, sales performance, and progress toward targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Perform general clerical duties and prepare sales invoices.

Requirements:


  • Proven two years' experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and customerfocused setting.

How to Apply:


Salary:
£26,200.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
