The Role & You
This is a brand-new role to support the HR and Central Operations as it enters the next stage of development.
You will join the HR team and take ownership of the recruitment service to support the schools to attract and recruit the right talent to enhance the lives and education of the young people that use our schools.
Recruitment and Marketing go hand in hand, you will be visiting schools and capturing exciting news, updates and capturing content to create attractive and engaging marketing material to showcase our school's unique personalities and show our communities why our schools are the employer and school of choice.
Key Tasks:
- Manage and maintain the whole endtoend recruitment process.
- Support schools and teams to fill their vacancies with the right talent
- Design marketing material and campaigns to advertise career opportunities
- Create content to share great new stories, updates for schools and key dates.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Generate content for internal and external distribution (posters, social media posts etc)
- Liaise with key stakeholders to create content for internal and external engagement and communication.
- Assess the performance of job adverts, social media posts and other forms of engagement to identify areas of continuous improvement.
About You
You might already work in recruitment and enjoy the creative side designing campaigns and events, or might be someone that enjoys social media, creating content and wants to use their creativity to make a difference.
A participative and collaborative approach is crucial as you will be prioritising the recruitment needs of the schools, designing campaigns, job fairs and the marketing content to make your campaigns a success whilst also visiting schools with a camera to capture the successes and celebrating the achievements of our colleagues and our young people.
