About the Role


They will be driven to providing bespoke support in order to offer each and every student the opportunity to reach their full potential, both academically and emotionally.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are an absolute necessity. The ability to listen to and converse with students, to deliver the appropriate support is essential.

Although specific training will be offered, knowledge and experience of working in education in the field of SEND would be beneficial.


About You
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are an absolute necessity.

The ability to listen to and converse with children, parents/carers, school staff and external agencies is the key skill required in order to devise and subsequently deliver the appropriate support.

Attention to detail is required, as accurate record keeping must be undertaken. This must be supported by a high standard of literacy. Basic IT skills are also necessary, although full training in school software will be provided.

Although specific training will be offered, knowledge and experience of working in education in the field of SEND would be beneficial.
