A brilliant opportunity has emerged for an individual with creative flair to join the team at Tanks R Us as an E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Apprentice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating the E-Commerce website with new products
Keeping track of changing prices on the market and price matching our products on our website
Have a knowledge of all products and services to provide telephone support to customers
Update, control and create social media platforms for the business
Stock check current tanks in the yard and represent this on the website to keep information up to date
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to support customers or to gain information
Use of Microsoft Office and Photoshop to create graphics
Writing content for social media platforms
Other general office and administrative duties
Work alongside IT Manager to make sure all daily tasks are completed
Use our online chat to support customers browsing our website who have queries
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Adobe software is favourable
Creative
Strong graphic design skills
Functions effectively on their own
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Good English skills
Ambitious and driven
