The Role
You will provide outstanding customer service and deliver a friendly, professional service to all B2C & B2B customers
Taking all inbound calls for order processing
Dealing with general enquiries from customers
Identify needs and process the clients requirements using a bespoke in-house system
Dealing with pre
- and after sales queries

Working towards objectives to achieve individual and team KPI's and in turn you will be recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile.

Handle all administrative duties relating to your new customer service role, including maintaining and updating the CRM system.

YOU
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a customer focused environment and our client will look at Contact Centre, Retail and Hospitality experience
Be able to work with autonomy and demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
Have excellent listening skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers
Fluent knowledge of English ( both verbal and written )
