Description

Search Construction is looking for a Project Manager to lead a refurbishment and fit out of a large retail store in Newcastle.

The project is due to start in the new year and will run for ten months.

Working for the main contractor you will lead the project team taking responsibility for the delivery of the project.

Reporting to the Regional Director, your key responsibilities will include delivering a quality project on programme to the clients satisfaction,keeping senior management and the client appraised of progress and identifying risks and implementing strategies to ensure timely and cost effective delivery.
