- £45 sleep rate

Disturbance and Overtime pay available

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team at Helpful Investments.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping to provide our high-quality therapeutic care to young people as part of our integrated service.

You'll be joining a dedicated team who have a passion for the important work we do.

No two days are ever the same, which means we are looking for adaptable, motived and hard-working individuals who will have a positive impact with our children.

Responsibilities -_

Provide highquality therapeutic care to young people.
Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care.
Establish safe and favourable living conditions for young people.
Establish behavioural boundaries for young people.
Provide recreational and creative opportunities.
Instruct daily life skills.
