Consumer Additions are currently retained by a Global Luxury Fashion Brand who are looking for a CFO to join their team based in London.


Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering with the Founder/Creative Director, assuming a strategic role in the overall management of the company, this role will be responsible for working strategically across all functions to drive growth and maximise profits.


The business is currently going through a period of growth across wholesale, retail and ecommerce and with revenues looking to grow from £15m - £30m in the next 2 years.

The business has been consistently profitable for some time and is now looking for a CFO to help navigate the next stage of growth.


Responsibilities include:

  • Working strategically and analytically across functions to drive growth, create efficiencies and maximise profits
  • Directly responsible for the accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations
  • Managing the finance team as well as the HR, Logistics, Legal and IT teams
  • Long term strategy & planning helping drive the brand forward through delivery of strategic objectives of the business
  • A key member of the senior leadership team, working alongside the CEO and assuming a strategic role in the overall management of the company.
  • 5+ years experience in a responsible financial leadership role, preferrable with luxury experience (would consider premium fashion, accessories, watches/jewellery, high end cosmetics)
  • Hands on and enthusiastic individual with the energy and selfmotivation to work within a small, rapidly growing business
  • Comfortable leading through change and a fastpaced environment
  • A skilled problem solver with the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Central London location - 4 days required in the office

Six figure salary + bonus + LTIP/EMI scheme.
