We now have an opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join them to provide a focussed liaison service for customers, bdht staff & contractors.


Reporting to the Planned Works Manager, you will focus on delivering a high quality service to a wide range of customers through bdht's planned and capital investment programs.


You will advise customers regarding investment and capital works being undertaken to their home, informing them of progression through to completion of works and will ensure excellent communication throughout the process.

You will also perform administration duties including appointment management, the gathering and assimilation of information needed to problem solve along with arranging access to properties for works to be carried out, including EICR's and damp and mould case work and arranging decant of customers where required for larger works.


We are looking for an excellent communicator with experience of working in a customer facing role, ideally within a similar industry.

You will have good negotiating and influencing skills, the ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision and experience of working with Microsoft office and other IT systems.

The post holder will hold a current driving licence and will need access to a vehicle.
