Temporary Administration/Customer Service work available - temporary, ongoing


We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors who can proactively manage enquiries, resolve queries and work autonomously and as part of a team.

If this sounds like you, we need you for this role

Working on site at our client's depot in Gatwick you will be working in a small team at the heart of the day to day operations enabling you to resolve customer queries in a timely manner, your duties will be:

  • Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the CRM system.
  • Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
  • Adhere to company compliance and escalate any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Inputting and updating Data on Excel workbooks

Successful applicants will be:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be adaptable to change and new systems
  • Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting.
  • Have access to the internet at home should working from home be necessary.

In return our client offers:

  • Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 86. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
  • An hourly rate of £9.50p/h
  • Ongoing temporary work
