Description
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Vetting Services Administrator to join our team.

You will be providing administrative support for the processing of regulatory and non-regulatory tasks for all areas of Vetting Services.

Meeting FCA requirements and ensuring continuity of servicing for clients and Partners and Advisers.

Key responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support for the processing of regulatory and nonregulatory tasks for all areas of Vetting Services.
  • To obtain onboarding screening checks and the requesting of employment referencing to support checks.
  • Providing administrative support for onboarding
  • Provision of advice and the ability to resolve issues / queries from other business areas and Partners / Advisers
  • MI reporting to Operations Manager, to the agreed frequency and as required
  • Managing day to day workflow to achieve target KPIs, changing priorities and supporting other Vetting Services areas, projects & initiatives.
  • Adherence to, and sharing best practice in respect of processes and procedures
  • Deal with incoming phone calls or queries from other business areas or Advisers, confidently and competently dealing with the query or escalation
  • To provide support to projects, initiatives and any other area within Vetting Services as required
  • Manage all work tasks to expected levels of quality, while keeping in line with agreed SLA & QC KPIs
