Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks and excellent organizational skills.


Duties:


  • Maintain and update office records and files
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Speak with drivers
  • Run Reports
  • Provide support to other team members as required

Skills:


  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Basic clerical skills such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Salary:
£17,500.00-£18,500.00 per year
